Our success in the marine construction business began with work ethic and strict customer service guidelines.  Through four generations of the O'Quinn family and some great employees that have become family who have continued to keep up our principles.

Alex Lawrence, Superintendant of Construction, joined our team in 2006.  Alex is responsible for the scheduling and oversight of all projects from beginning through completion.  Alex is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has industry experience including various types of marine construction projects in piledriving, bridge construction, dock construction, bulkheads, seawalls and foundations.  Click here to email Alex.

Nancy Lucas, our Permit Administrator, is a lifelong Beaufort resident and often the first voice you hear when calling O'Quinn Marine.  Nancy has been with the company since 2005 and has a wealth of knowledge to help our clients secure permits including critical area permits through Ocean Coastal Resource Management, Beaufort County and the various Architectural Review Boards and Homeowners Association approvals.  Nancy has an Associate degree in Public Service Technology and is a member of the civic organization Zonta International.  Click here to email Nancy.
